The L.V. Review/Journal (their scan) reported today that the Monorail is doing so poorly that its bonds may be lowered to Junk category; but the M boys say they will weather the storm. Certainly unfortunate if the trolly doesn't make it. The plans to add a half billion dollar extension to the airport and down town are probably going to go on hold.
