I am a relatively new "official" collector, but have actually been grabbing a chip or so here and there since I came to 21 years of age. At that time I lived in Diamond Springs, CA about 45 minutes from Lake Tahoe, so alot of my chips are from there and Reno, though lately, since moving to Burbank, CA in '00, I have begun collecting more Las Vegas.

Like you, I really couldn't care less about the value of my collection, I just like to have it around to look at from time to time...and to hold some history in my hot lil' hannie.
