No, I became concerned about that and wrote to DotEasy about it. They said when you hit your quota of 1 gigabyte in data transfer per month, they cut you off until the next month. They also have a screen which lets you see how much in data traffic you have every day so you can monitor it. The screen projects what your traffic for the month will be and sends you a warning e-mail if it looks like you're going to exceed your 1 gig.

They probably keep the zero hosting because they are selling domain registrations and making a profit on them. And, some users will upgrade to their paid service if they want more bandwidth or to be able to use cgi scripts or other fancy stuff. If you want to be able to run scripts or use some of the more sophisticated features in your pages the zero hosting won't work for you.
