I've participated in these Harrahs "gift card" promos before. The cards are given out after you complete your play based on amount of play. What I haven't seen before is a pitch that the chips you can buy with your gift card are nice additions to your collection. Hard to believe there are enough die-hard chip collectors who would save the chips rather than play them (although I've been known to do so).
