NCR Katrina TV video

A friend sent this to me today and I thought I'd share it. If it has been posted before...a second look cannot hurt. It takes about two and a half minutes to play and gives you a look at what the Gulf Coast people went thru with Katrina. I apologize now if these images bring back bad memories for anyone, sorry.

I went thru Typhoon Karen on Guam in 1963/4 and saw first hand the awesome power. We duck taped the louvers on one side of the concrete barracks and as the eye passed we went out and duck taped the louvers on the other side. Noise? It's indescribable. We had a couple days to prepare and the last thing was to hit the open mess and get enough rations to last 18 hours…Karen did.
