Dennis I cannot remember but did the 80-82 Reds or 78-84 Indians get into their respective playoffs this year?

And, don't look now but 3 California teams made it into the playoffs with one in the ALCS now and possibly one in ther NLCS if the Padres pull it out. Hmmmm, we could have an I-5 WS if Oakland was on the I-5. Or an I-80 if San Diego was on the...you get it.

Of course this 2006 WS could be the 3rd time since 1989 that two California teams met in the WS. We had a big earthquake during that 1989 WS so let's hope that can be avoided.
