I know it's the cord or rope mold. I know it was made by E. M. O'Neil & Co., Chicago IL, 40's to 50's (Eisenstadt's mold pages, thank you again Robert!). I beleive it is from the Chicago area (at least manufactured there) becuase of the other chips that were with it! THANKS!
