If it were my auction, I would not appreciate your posting comments to discourage bidding on it, Julie. I think eBay would definitely prohibit this, particularly on a web site they provide.

Bad-mouthing of others' auctions in public is at least bad manners, and likely contrary to the rules of the auction house as well. My suggestion would be to send the comments to the seller. If he is not responsive, and you think fraud is involved, then contact SafeHarbor at eBay. Otherwise, best not to get involved, at least on eBay controlled sites.
