To begin with, as I have stated before, I don’t know DW.. Never met him never talked to him. Wouldn’t know him if he walked up and rang my front door bell.

I didn’t know he stopped co-operating. Funny, I think I’d stop co-operating myself if I was about to be or already sued especially if the suit was merit less.

Which, BTW in case your forgot, the court agreed and tossed in the circular file.

I appreciate your response and will include it to the BOD when I formally inquire about the litigation on behalf of myself as well as ALL club members.
