Your statement is arbitrary, capricious and without merit. Please reference the Internal Revenue Code Section, regulation cite, TAM or court case that states a non profit organization is NOT ALLOWED to establish guidelines and/or rules for running its organization and convention.I can not find any authority that equates prohibited "items" with discrimination. Kindly cite your source and authority for your unsupported statement.

You like every one else is entitled to an opinion. I have no problem with your statement if it is your opinion.I do have a problem with your statement presented as an authoritative conclusion. You are misrepresenting to those who are not as knowledgable in the area of non profit organizations as you may be or myself.

Your statements cause alarm by those who believe there is merit in your opinion. Of course you and I know - you are just posting to press a few buttons. Kindly post about a different subject. Otherwise you may piss me off and I know you don't want to do that. Thank you in advance.
