This as well as slabbing can be debated for ever....

The bottom line is....I don't believe the board had any authority to sue Mr. Whalen on behalf of the club.

I think the BOD has breached all fiduciary obligations to the club members, exercised personal agendas using club assets and remain entirely and personally liable to the club for any and all reimbursements of costs related to their actions and the litigation.

I hope they have personal umbrella insurance. They will undoubtedly need it

As for me, I’m done posting on this subject and or replying to any further posts on this subject.
