Re: Wrong Assumptions!
In Response To: Wrong Assumptions! ()

I agree with a lot of what you say in principal John. What concerns me is what is the value of the service at all. It offers no guarantee whatsoever except to refund the price for encapsulation. The buyer is still left with the option of a court of law or the clubs by-laws to obtain a refund or return from the seller. 3rd party grading is subjective also...your talking to someone who used to resubmit coins for higher grades & made a few bucks doing so. Nevertheless, your paying for an opinion, all opinions are subjective. Heck the price guides are subjective...there are new finds everyday. I'd simply rather spend my money buying more chips than paying for plastic holders with a neat hologram that dosen't mean a thing. The assumption that there is value in this service is what is wrong. Thank you for the response I enjoy these exchanges.
