Ebay might not care ... but,

I have personally discovered through past experience with this problem that simply by providing the link below and sending it to the person who is using someone else's scans is enough to persuade him/her to replace the stolen image with one of their own.

Sellers do not want to risk having their listing privileges suspended after reading the Ebay stated policy ... whether ebay enforces their own rule or not.
