I would expect the tone of his message board to improve. I respect Greg immensley and commend him for the diligence and compassion in his letter.

So what happens? The next day, a person whom I also like and respect, feels the need to open another can of worms and complain on Greg's board because he was upset about an email from another collector. Wouldn't it have been much better to have forwarded the offensive letter to either Greg Susong or Travis Lewin, rather that posting on this board?
