Selling Collection...How do I fairly price chips?

The chip shown in the pics is TCR # N5127, value I (40-49) and in the US Price Guide has it at a R-4 30,60,80. I think the condition of this chip falls somewhere between AVG and S-U. (I know I could be WRONG about the condition, not pretending to be a expert) So in general what would be a fair price to ask for a chip with the "BOOK" value of $45.00.
I plan on selling my chips individually and in groups. Would it be better to have a set price or would it be better to take offers? I will not be selling on e-Bay, don't know how don't want to learn.

Thanks for your help over years.

40 percent off book seems the norm!
50% of low end book value!
