That casino list is a "global" or "shared" list among all the other collection library users. As a result, only a handful of people have security rights to modify or add entries to that list.

Please email me with any casinos that you don't see in the list. We currently have over 2400 casinos in that list. I'm surprised you had so many you couldn't find but I may be missing a lot of foreign casinos. I know the list is not complete and it is constantly growing.

If you feel any of the existing entries are in error, please let me know that info too and I'd be happy to get those corrected. Many times only the casino name along with the country or city/state. The system does support the ability for us to record the open date, close date, address, phone number and brief description too. So feel free to load me up with more info.

Sorting is a weak spot within the system. The system will try to sort the items by casino, then by denom, mold, inserts and color (I think that's the order). I noticed you entered a .25 chip as '25 cents'. Computers will sort "25" higher than "1" so that might explain why the .25 chip is sorting below your 1.00 chip.

There is a "sort key override" textbox that you can use to control the sorting yourself if you do not like the system's way of doing it. You should be able to enter whatever values you want in that box and the chips should sort by that key. It's up to you to figure out your own sorting system and enter your own sort key values.
