I tend to agree with you on this. I may not have liked how they did distribution on these chips, but nonetheless, they were ordered by someone in authority to order, they were approved by Gaming and if you took one back to the casino, I believe they will pay a quarter for it.

But what I find interesting is that although the TCR authors have raised the value of these chips (from an A to an E) the TCR Note (011)remains unchanged.

Skip (if you are reading this), is the TCR valuation (E - $15 - $19) close to price realized?
