The name W.J. Gavin was listed in the Taylor business contacts files I have, with 121 Court as his address. It's not on a chip sales card, and isn't directly connected to the GAL chip order.

I'll have to make a trip to the basement. These files have never been scanned, but I've transcribed most of them.

Indiana isn't my specialty, so I'll leave it to you to figure out what it means.
