Right now there are over 8,000 traders listed on the www.CollectionLibrary.com site! Besides traders, our users have also published over 38,800 chips, strikes, tokens, etc on their web sites for others to see out of their collections.

If you are an active member of the club, you too can have a FREE website whereby you can list your collection and/or traders. I do all the hosting for you for FREE. All you have to do is register for the service and start using it!

HOW IT WORKS:

I have written a very simple to use software program that allows you create and update your very own personal website. These websites are hosted on my web server.

This "Admin Utility" has two different features to it:

• Registration: First it allows you to register for a website. As soon as you have completed the registration, you will have a personal website. It's as simple as that!

• Maintain your website: You will also use the "Admin Utility" to make changes to your website. You can put text on your home page to tell others about yourself. The Admin Utility allows you to add items to your collection database. Each item can be published to your collection list, trader list, want list or not published at all. All items which are published to your website are also published to the global Collection Library website. There is an advanced search option from the Collection Library website whereby other users can search for specific items for trade.

You can change the look/theme of your website by changing the template. You can also further customize your website by uploading your own personal images to four different home page zones.

HOW TO JOIN:

1. Visit www.CollectionLibrary.com and download the Admin Utility software to your computer. Shown below is a direct link to file that you need to open/download:

2. Once you have downloaded and installed the Admin Utility you will have an icon on your desktop.

Note: This is the Admin Utility. It is via this icon that you can initially register for the website. It is also via this icon that you will log into your website to change the content of your web pages and add chips.

3. Find the icon on your desktop and double-click on it to start up the Admin Utility.

4. If you do not already have an account:

• You will now need to register for a website. click on the [Register Now] button. Please DO NOT register more than once.

• During the registration process, you will be assigned a site ID number. Please remember this ID number, your username, and password. You will need all three pieces to make changes to your website.

• then click the [Login] button
  
• Enter your Site Id, User name, and password to gain access into your account.
