Allan Myers is correct.

A.C. Fun Nite chips are purchased at .05 cents on the dollar (which goes to local charities) and are used at "Fun Nites" which are held the day before a casino officially opens for live gaming.

No Cash Value chips on the other hand are used by players for face value wagers. The house keeps the NCV chip whether the player wins or loses... but pays out a live chip in exchange for the NCV chip in the event a player wins his/her bet. I'm not aware of any NCV chips used in that context in A.C. I've seen occassional match play paper certificates in A.C., but not NCV chips.
