Just got off the phone with their customer service. Their website (see link) has it clearly at $9.95. When I ordered it, I got a message stating my account would be billed $24.95.

I called customer service, got a supervisior who was like "Holy smokes this is a screw-up we need to fix fast!!! But, of course, she credited me the $15.
