I e-mailed this buyer about his auction for the exact same chip and got this response.

"To Whom It Mat Concern:
Yes, that is the ACTUAL CHIP in the picture. If you are concern about the feedback I just now read concerning this chip, DON'T BE...!!! I have no idea why that person is unhappy. That person can send the chip back to me anytime and I will refund their money. I have never refused anyone a refund providing they send me back the chip.

The listing is the same chip as pictured in the auction that Paul won. I also won the chip so we will see what condition chip he sends me. $3.00 chip so not a big loss, but it is the principle.
