Once you have the picture on your computer you just click the link "File Upload" in the yellow bar above and fill in the boxes in the window that pops up. After you click the "Submit" on that page a window with the image will pop up - you can copy the URL (http://stuf....) and then click the "Back" button two time and then paste the copied URL into the "Optional Image Url" below where you write the post. Be sure to replace the existing "http://" so you do not have two http's. It is easier than it sounds....
