Again, Thanks to David Spragg I now have a the complete collection of all 108 Commemorative Bill Borland chips, along with a signed Blue Book from Bill himself back in 1992.

I think I am only the third person to have the entire 108. Might be time to sell the entire collection......mmmmmmmm??????????
