I think the folks in Washington have much bigger issues to deal with these days than looking at online poker. With all the fighting going on in Israel, Iraq, Afganistan and the issues in North Korea and Iran - how much time do you think they'll put in on this? Seriously, world issues need more attention now than online poker.

This will remain a mute point for the time being IMHO.
