Yeah its complex stuff David, The authorites have promised a ruling and amendments to the gaming act soon, but they don't want to do anything while the gutshot case is pending. But it seems you can't keep a good thing down as we have local tourneys (with side games with rakes!!) here in Herts all within 10 miles of my house.
