I just got off the phone with Mark and he said that he talked to Ed about this chip today. He said that Ed told him that the chips were shipped to Chicago and there is no info beond that. I was told previously that the USPC records only showed the date and no shipping info. I was told by Mark that heand Ed agree that the chip is from Florida, but could of been used in Chicago first. There is definatly more research that needs to be done but i think it will eventually be identified.
