Trying to get a simple answer from Ebay is impossible......they keep sending those damned auto responses that don't address the issue.

So maybe some of my more educated friends here on the message board can help...

I list an item and then I decide to reduce the shipping charge from $2.00 to $1.50, so I go into the product and edit the shipping fee. So far so good........now all I want to know is there a charge for doing that.......UGH
