sad variations...

are a pain! sad I really wish that variations didn't have different TCR numbers, I wish there was a standard number for the chip, followed by a, b, c, etc. for the variations. That way I could number the chip, and not care if it were variety a or b or c or...

Oh well...I also wish I had a 1st edition "Bugsy" chip. Not likely either of my wihes will ever come true! vbg

(And they're a bigger pain, because I can't post or email pictures...sighhhh...)

Here's what I've got:

Tropicana Las Vegas $1 with the diamond shaped logo...
TCR has #N4774 with LV Lg., #E3056 with LV Sm.
I don't know which one I have, though I have it numbered as N4774 (I'm guessing that I numbered it when only one of them was listed?)

ANYWAY...I have 2 that are different, but LV seems to be the same size.

One is lighter (chip color, and especially logo color) and it has a smooth inlay.
The other is darker, with a textured inlay.

No the lighter one isn't worn, used, or cleaned. Edges are sharp and cross hatching goes to the edge.

ALSO.....

Silver Slipper $1 CIC #N9115...
Holding 2 of them together, the white lines on the edge of one chip are definitely thicker than the lines on another chip (on the edge between the inserts). AND, on the face of the chips, the lines "drawing" the 4 suits are also heavier/thicker on the chip with the thicker white line.
