After quite a fiasco at our first choice hotel, we decided to switch to the Palms. The reservation desk was friendly and very accommodating, matching the rate of our previous hotel. They gave us a terrific room in the new Fantasy Tower. We had a great view, huge bed and an amazing bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The atmosphere of the casino was young and upbeat and the staff extremely friendly. The Palms buffet is average, but if you’re looking for something quick, you can get anything you want at the food court. The nightclub Rain is awesome, and Ghostbar is a really cool place to have a cocktail.
