Had 2 bids retracted becasue the user was NO LONGER REGISTERED. They had purchased a number of items in the past, no clue why NO LONGER.

The two items where they were retracted had their pictures (MINE)) off of the gallery. I reloaded the pictures and they are now up. Can't figure out:

1. How come the pictures disapeared.
2. How come someone had TWO retractions as/after being a REGISTRED USER.
3. My total sales were missing one of their items (TWO RETRACTIONS)and yet after the retractions I was only down by one biddded item.

SHEESH!
