Make insurance REQUIRED on high end auctions

So next time this wont happen, Funny how the insured packages NEVER get lost. I tend to disbelieve the buyer when they tell me it never came. its happened to me 8 times and I think maybe, MAYBE 1 of those is legit. Its tough to say the least. Two options, refund or brace for the neg and keep the money. How is their feedback?? if it near perfect then I would give refund if its below 95% I probably would not but I would also read the feedbacks first. You can also do delivery confirmation for about .55 cents and then you can prove it got to their mailbox, then if they say it never came you will know it did. Sorry to hear. How much was the item?
