The chip holders are mostly made of foam and fit the chip snug but not overly tight, I do have a much older frame of his where the chips actually fit much too loose and the chips fall everywhere if I open the frame to add or change the line up. I need to see if chris will replace that older one with a newer thats more cnug. All his new stuff works well and allows you to change chips and still hold them snug and safe. The plexi glass also has UV protection
