I complimented the casino for finally starting a release poicy. Now they should look at what went wrong, and improve on it. I am hoping that they read the "constructive" critisism on this board, and react accordingly.

At least you got a chance to get some chips this time instead of spending hours trying without getting any. You got three for $15.00. You can keep one for your collection, sell the other two, and probably make enough profit to buy the rest for your collection at face value. I will probably have to keep paying 4-5 times face for mine. Maybe waiting for months would bring my cost down, but it's hard to wait and take the chance that they will still be around.

I do think that the release policy they used, although poor, got the chips out to more people instead of only a few. Sounds like they definitely need to improve it though.
