GEM STEAKHOUSE at the Mineral Palace. Major improvement and a great contribution foodwise. Prices are reasonable and portions ample. The ribs are outstanding. Just don't fall for the house wine. It is made in South Dakota and tastes like they just took the balloon off the bottle.

Deadwood is a veritable wasteland for dining. Crappy buffet after buffet. Avoid Cadillas Jacks Restaurant...One of the absolute worst I have encountered any where.

Jakes is great but a little pricey but well worth it.
