If MGM wanted to build outside of reservation land, no way the state of CT would let them. On reservation land the state probably has no say in the matter. Like I said Foxoods and Mohegan Sun are battling for customers. Next Mohegan Sun will have to out do Foxwood/MGM.

They'll probably have the chips like Casino Niagara/Fallsview have (you casn them at either casino.
