Anybody know anything about these?

The chips came in a brown case that looks like a small brief case(very heavy). I did leave out the 500.00 dollar value chips from the picture. Inside, each chip value comes in a wooden tray with a small knob that pulls the tray up and it has room under it to store the real money that is exchanged for the chips. The set is so old now that the foam inside is turning to dust and the trays are falling apart(looks like they were glued together). Thanks for your help and interest!!!!!!
