Grand Hotel and Casino is 400m from the frontier on the Argentinian side.
There are 2 Cataratas hotels at Iguassu, both on the Argentinian side. One old and one new.
The new one looks to be on the same road as the casino, 15 minutes drive into Argentina.
The old one, where I stayed, is deep in the forest close to the falls.
