This is a pretty neat little item. I just got one today. It is a clear lucite stand made to hold 10 chips. It's intended purpose is to help you if you have poker games with chips that are not marked with the values. You would put one of each color chip on the left side, then use the denominated chips that come with the chip tree to show how each of your chips are valued.

Of course, it can also be used like I am using mine, to show off 10 chips.
