in the past 5 months I have purchased two flat panel monitors (for me and my wife) both from Tiger Direct.
Both are 19" LDC's, one is KDS(USA) and the other is FujiPlus. Both cost less than $225 with $50 rebates... here is a link...there are many other brands also. Good hunting.
