Don't collect the chips if you don't want to. It sounds like you'd like them if you could buy them at a reasonable price, and maybe you'll be able to someday. Just don't tell me not to collect them, or how much money I should pay for them. That's up to me. I will decide what chips to add to my collection, when I will buy them, and how much money I will spend on them. Some people go out to restaurants, or bars and spend $30-$50 on a regular basis, and think nothing of it. I do not tell them they are foolishly spending their money even though they could eat or drink for less at home. They choose how to spend their money, not me. Of course I wish I could buy the chips at a better price. I got my first two from Chuck Smorse for $7.50, but because of his limited supply I now have to hunt for the best price I can. You are entitled to your own opinion about buying them, but please don't try to force those ideas on others who clearly do not have a problem with it.
