The $100 price appears to be scratched into the frame. I know you have no interest in the frame, but that would bother me. I tend to be skeptical about authenticity when I see something "cute" like that. I'm betting something else was originally in the frame, removed, and the questionable chips glued on later. The inlays look fishy to me too, but if it was something I was looking to buy I would be asking for your expert opinion.
