I first emailed this seller about the poor picture which he chose to add and even listed my comment in the "Questions from other members" section.

However when I saw the real picture I noticed that he incorrectly quotes James book by stating it is a 1st issue HCE mold valued at $2000 which obviously it is not.

This HHL chip is listed in TCR at an H value only. I have given the seller the benefit of the doubt but he has chosen to not respond to my email in the last 4 days and chooses to leave his Ebay description as is.

Possibly why he has only a 90% feedback rating with the neg saying item is not as described (Much like this auction).

I have to assume now that since the seller knows better and continues to leave the auction as is, he intends on deceiving potential buyers, so BUYERS BEWARE.

Does anyone know if this guy is a club member?
