Here is still another variation on the orange 5 NCV chips from Union Plaza in Las Vegas. The other denominations are listed in TCR with the blue overstamp and without. The 5 exists both ways as well. See the scan below.

I don't know where all these Union Plaza NCV chips are coming from... someone must have cleaned out the vault.
