I would describe it as having 4 white edge spots, just as you would with a BudJones plastic chip. What appears on the chip's surface is another characteristic which sometimes needs to be included to fully describe the chip. Look at MGM Grand's original chips, for instance. They have curved white designs on the surface, but white spots on the edge.
