Whoa.. why just this year?

Here's the question for the officers of this organization:

Why can't ALL current members simply elect to pre-pay the LM fee and have it take effect on their third anniversary?

Since they will still have to serve the three years and pay dues until that time, it should not violate any club rules and will at the very least put ALL current members on equal footing.

It not only the fair thing to do, it is the right thing to do.
