Question: I sold an item for $600 to a guy in Greece. He paypal'd me, but address was unconfirmed (I didn't know it, but only US and some Canadian CCd's are capable of confirming your address) - Paypal won't protect you from fraud if it's an unconfirmed address...

So, this is what I did - I immediately requested to transfer the money out of my paypal ac to my private bank ac (takes 3-4 biz days). Now the money is in my bank ac; AM I NOW TOTALLY SAFE TO SHIP THE ITEM OFF TO GREECE? CAN PAYPAL GRAB THIS MONEY OUT OF MY PRIVATE BANK AC, IF THIS GUY PROVES TO BE A FRAUD?
