Admission to the convention floor is open to the public by paying a one day membership fee. Educational seminars and the club auction are for regular members only.

Can't help you on the tourney rules, other than I know the poker tourney will be no limit hold'em this year.

If you are planning on playing in either of the tourneys, you should consider registering for them before the close of pre-registration for the convention, because there probably are entry limits on the tourneys.
