a new issue service (where possible) to customers all round the world, some of which do not use ebay, and they ask you to get them the chips 'come what may', then you have to take a calculated risk how much to pay. If it means you have to buy 30 of them just to get them at $0 then so be it. Its part of basic economics, supply and demand.

For anyone thinking my prices were high on these, take a look at my recent ebay history and see I actually paid more for some of these chips than Im selling for. Go figure
