I am the Relief Cashier Manager at Harrah's Council Bluffs and our only LE chips that we have out are the Grand Opening, 2 - 4th of July's and a recently issued Year of the Dog. I don't think Harrah's will put out a WSOP chip since the poker room moved to the new Horseshoe Casino Council Bluffs

However the new Horseshoe Casino Council Bluffs, which just officially opened yesteday put out a 5 series LE set... I only found 4 of the 5 chips yesterday, one is a WSOP chip pictured below. Currently not many of the LE chips are filtering back to the cage, I am working at the Horseshoe for the remainder of the weekend and next weekend and I have been keeping my eyes open for the LE's. Sorry no traders yet.

Sorry about the small scan, but my scanner is trying to die on me and I can't do larger scans.. time to buy a new scanner :)
